Welcome Party

Western Chic/Garden Attire

We encourage you to have a little fun with your attire for the welcome party. Cowboy hat, boots, or even a bolo tie is acceptable. Please still consider semi formal attire, no jeans. We recommend block heels or cowboy boots as this event will take place outside on the grass. Please remember white is reserved for the bride. Shuttles will promptly depart the Sun Valley Lodge Baldy View Bus Loop, Hotel Ketchum, and Limelight Hotel beginning at 5:30pm. Continuous loops will be provided throughout the evening. *Please note that there is no cell phone reception at this location or leading up to it, which is why shuttles are required for this event.

Ceremony and Reception

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Sun Valley Formal/Black Tie Optional/Cocktail Attire

We recommend block heels as this event will take place outside on the grass and a light wrap for the evening. Please remember white is reserved for the bride. Shuttles will promptly depart the Sun Valley Lodge Baldy View Bus Loop, Hotel Ketchum, and Limelight Hotel beginning at 4:30pm. Continuous loops will be provided back to the hotels starting at 9:00pm.

Brunch

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Sun Valley Boho Chic/Tea Party Attire

Feel free to dress casually and come and go as you wish if you have a flight to catch!
