Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ideally by 3:30-3:45pm to account for traffic. Beer, wine, and water will be available before the ceremony. The shuttles from the Omni are also open to guests who are not staying at the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue and attendants will be able to direct you when you arrive. Cars cannot be left overnight.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There are three motor coaches leaving the Omni at 3:00pm. The first vehicle to return to the Omni will leave the venue at 8:30pm, and the last two will leave between 9:45pm and 10:00pm.
