Question

A note on our unplugged ceremony.

Answer

We know you're excited, we obviously are too! We want to make sure you know that we are having an unplugged ceremony. We aren't hiring our awesome photographer Alexa for you to ruin our gorgeous photos just to get your grainy iPhone photo. Our amazing officiant will make an announcement to remind you before the ceremony to put your phones away, but consider yourself warned. By attending our ceremony, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions and will be in breach if you break them and we'll have you removed or we'll have someone shame you during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away! We'll have QR codes around the venue to scan so that you can upload and share your photos!

A note on attire.

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in elegant cocktail attire for our celebration. This can include sophisticated options like tailored suits, dress pants with a blazer, knee-length to midi cocktail dresses, chic jumpsuits, or polished dressy separates such as a dressy skirt and top. If you are interested in avoiding colors worn by the wedding party, please note our party will be in black and purple.

A note on children.

To allow all our guests, including parents, a relaxing evening, we have chosen to limit attendance to immediate family children only. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy a night off!

A note on plus-ones.

We have limited seating and kindly ask that only those specifically listed on the invitation attend. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, we are keeping our celebration intimate to prioritize our closest friends and family!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at The Audrey by 4:30 p.m. to ensure you are comfortably seated before our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. Early arrival will help you find the perfect seat and settle in for our special moment.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've curated a selection of convenient and comfortable hotel options on our travel page to help make your stay seamless and enjoyable.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Rob is a bartender and we met at a bar…OF COURSE! We will have an open bar featuring beer, wine, spirits and two signature cocktails. Be warned that our photographer Alexa will be snapping away during the reception. Party accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking available at The Audrey! Additionally, if guests need to leave their cars overnight, you will have until 3 p.m. the next day to retrieve it.
