Syracuse Hancock International

For those traveling from North Carolina, your best flight option will probably be Frontier. They have a flight that leaves on Friday afternoon from Raleigh that lands in Syracuse and returns to Raleigh Monday afternoon. I have been able to book these round trip, non stop flights for as little as $150 depending when I booked. I have also traveled with just a simple book-bag for this length of trip without an additional charge for baggage as they have a personal item travel clause. For everyone else who would be flying in from across the globe, this will be the closest airport to the venue and hotel. It is approximately a 45 minute ride. There is an Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Avis Car Rental available in the Syracuse Airport if you choose to go this route for transportation. Or the hotel has a shuttle option available for $80.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Verona

This is the hotel that is associated with the Turning Stone Casino. As the Casino does not do room blocks, we were not able to ensure lodging for everyone coming in from out of town which is why we have chosen this hotel. The discounted room rate for the wedding is $165 a night. We have blocked out 10 rooms for Friday the 22nd, and 15 for the 23rd. If this needs to be increased we of course will increase it. Just let us know if you try to book and the website says it's full. You can start booking as soon as November 5th of 2020, please be sure to use the Sidney-Quiroz name in your reservation if you book outside the reservation link. *Please make sure you confirm your reservation prior to the 30 day cut off time. (Sept 22, 2021) Otherwise we cannot guarantee rooms will be available and the rate could increase.* If you choose to stay at another hotel that is completely fine as there are plenty in the area. Though we cannot guarantee transportation.

Shuttle

Shuttle Services

The main hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the casino between the hours of 8am-10pm Sun/Thur and 8am-2am Fri/Sat. (***Depending on Covid***) If you need assistance with travel from the airport to the main hotel, please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate everyone. However, if we are not able arrange a pick up for you, this hotel also can provide transport to SYR at the cost of $80, per their website. Shuttles will be provided from the wedding venue back to the hotel at the end of the night, and in the morning to pick up any cars left at the venue over night. The venue has assured me that they have yet to loose a vehicle, nor have they inherited a vehicle. There is Uber and Lyft in the area if you need a ride to the venue and are unable to coordinate with any family or friends.
