The Hotel Viking is in the heart of downtown Newport. We have reserved a block of rooms starting on May 24, 2019. Please keep in mind since it is Memorial Day weekend, there is a 2 night minimum stay. You will not be disappointed with this hotel, its absolutely beautiful with its historic and luxurious feel. Its an easy walk to all the shops & restaurants on Thames Street as well as the mansions lining Bellevue Ave.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton is located on West Main Road - only about a 5 - 8 minute drive to all the hustle and bustle downtown (depending on traffic). This is also a great option for a little bit of a cheaper rate. Anywhere on the island you're a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, the beaches, cliff walk, etc. The cutoff date for our block on these rooms is April 11, 2019 so plan accordingly! Don't forget about Airbnb! The island offers tons of homes, condos, apartments that are up for grabs on airbnb! It's a great option if you want to "live like a local" for the weekend opposed to staying in a hotel. The possibilities are endless - be sure to book quickly though, Memorial Day Weekend is a hot spot in Newport.
