The cliff walk takes you on a beautiful tour of the rocky coast of Newport. Located less than a mile into the cliff walk you'll find 40 Steps - which is now a famous surfing spot for the locals as well as surfers who come near and far to surf this part of the Atlantic Ocean. For parking, you can park anywhere on memorial boulevard overlooking Easton's Beach.
We'll be getting married at the Eisenhower House in Fort Adams however, there is so much more to see within the fort. For Adams offers panoramic views of the harbor and Narrangsett Bay. The state park hosts the annual Newport Jazz Festival and Newport Folk Festival.
The International Tennis Hall of Fame is home of the 1st US Open Championship in 1881. If you are here for a few days, have a bite to eat at La Forge Restaurant in the outside area that overlooks the grass tennis court within the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
The Breakers is a Vanderbilt Manion located on ochre Point Ave in Newport. The Breakers is the grandest of the Newport summer "cottages" and a symbol of the Vanderbilt family's social and financial preeminence in turn of the century America. It's quite a site to see!
