This is one of 3 hotel blocks we have secured rooms in for our wedding guests. This hotel shares a parking lot with the Fairfield Inn and is ~30min drive from the venue. Please use the following booking link to secure a room in this block specific to our wedding (Sofen/Bavuso). This hotel block is available for both Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th nights with checkout on Sunday, October 11th. This block is ideal for any immediate family/guests traveling in early for the rehearsal dinner/welcome party on Friday. Rooms in this hotel block run ~$189/night. Please book by September 9th.

The Saratoga Hilton

This is one of 3 hotel blocks we have secured rooms in for our wedding guests. This hotel is located in Saratoga Springs, NY and is ~20min drive from the venue. Please use the following link to secure a room in this block specific to our wedding (Sofen/Bavuso). This hotel block is available for ONLY the night of the wedding (Saturday, October 10th) with checkout on Sunday, October 11th. This block is ideal for any guests looking to be walking distance from downtown Saratoga who are only coming into town for the evening of the wedding. Rooms in this hotel block run ~$269/night. Please book by September 9th.

Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs by IHG

While we do not have a specific hotel block secured at this location, the Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY has offered us a special booking link for our wedding guests to use to books rooms at a discounted price! As these are not a designated block, rooms are available for both Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th on a first come, first serve basis. Our Coach Bus shuttle for the Hilton in Saratoga Springs, NY, will also make a pickup/drop off at this location to/from the wedding venue. To book a room: 1) Click the link below to access the Holiday Inn Saratoga's website 2) Scroll down and select the dates of your stay (either October 9th, 2026-October 11th, 2026 or October 10th, 2026-October 11th, 2026) and number of rooms/guests you wish to book for. You will see the "Corporate Special Rate" is preselected under "Rate Preference," which will automatically apply our special wedding discount to the available rooms. 3) Select "View Prices" to be brought to a list of available rooms at a discounted rate. There are rooms of various sizes and bed numbers available. No discount code needed. If you are having trouble with navigating the website, please call the Holiday Inn Saratoga at 518-584-4550 and let them know you are trying to book rooms at the Corporate Special Rate for the weekend of October 9th-11th, 2026. Yankee Trails Shuttle Buses

October 10, 2026 3:15 pm - 11:00 pm

Coach-style shuttle buses will be provided from all four hotel locations (2 in Saratoga Springs, NY, 2 in Malta, NY) to/from the venue (Brookledge in Middle Grove, NY). Ubers and Lyfts are also available as well as local taxi companies, though rides may take some time to arrive on site due to the venue's somewhat remote location. While our wedding day timeline is not set in stone, a rough estimate on timing from each hotel will be: Home2Suites in Malta: 3:30PM pickup for ~4:00/4:15PM arrival at venue Fairfield Inn in Malta: 3:30PM pickup for ~4:00/4:15PM arrival at venue Hilton in Saratoga: 3:15PM pickup for 3:30PM departure to the Holiday Inn in Saratoga. 3:45PM departure from the Holiday Inn with all Saratoga guests to Brookledge, arriving at the venue ~4:15PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm with reception ending at 10pm, followed by an on site after party from 10-11pm. There will be two trips for the return to each hotel location at various times beginning at 9:45pm and ending at 11:15pm. Our provided shuttles will not be stopping at any other locations than the venue and hotel blocks. However, guests are welcome to privately book AirBnBs/hotels at the location of their choosing. If you would like to take the shuttle despite staying at a different location, there will be an opportunity on the invite RSVP to designate which shuttle location you would like to take to/from the wedding so we can accommodate all guests, even those not in our hotel blocks. Parking is available on site of the venue for folks who would prefer to drive themselves to and from the festivities. All guests who are not staying on site at Brookledge (i.e. anyone outside the bridal party) are required to leave the venue site by ~11:30pm (per local noise ordinances). This event will be open bar, so please plan accordingly/safely!
