Shuttle buses will leave around 3:00-3:30PM from all three hotel blocks for ~4:00PM guest arrival on site. Any family needed earlier for family photos/first looks will be given that information separately, so if we did not contact you, you are not needed until the ceremony!
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
This event is formal attire (see FAQ tab for color scheme and attire suggestions). Given the fully outdoor location, block or wedge heel styles are recommended for women, as stilettos may be difficult to walk on uneven ground in.
Our wedding ceremony is on site at the venue, Brookledge, where all wedding day festivities will take place. We are planning for a short ceremony from 4:30PM-5:00PM. Our venue is entirely outdoors, with dirt, grass, and gravel grounds for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception pavillion is a fully covered pavillion with concrete flooring, with covered bars available a short walk from the reception space. Again, block/wedge heels are recommended for this event given the outdoor, uneven ground surrounding the reception space.
After the ceremony and cocktail hour, all guests will be led to the Reception Pavillion for our reception. The reception will take place from ~6:30PM-10:00PM on site at Brookledge. Our venue is fully ADA compliant with large, comfortable golf carts available, driven by designated staff, for guests who require mobility assistance from the ceremony space to the cocktail hour/reception space (or anywhere else on site!).
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Campfires are located all around the reception space and tended by venue staff for the duration of the wedding reception. Additional propane heat lamps will also be available to keep all guests comfortable. Our wedding will not be a black tie event, so any outer wear needed is welcome!
An "after party" where music switches from our fabulous live band to a DJ (led by Soul Session's own Garland Nelson) will be held on site at Brookledge from 10:00PM to 11:00PM, with all guests (outside of the wedding party staying on site) asked to leave the venue by 11:30PM (given local noise ordinances). Shuttles will be provided from the venue to the hotel blocks both before and after the after party (for folks who are ready to end the night early vs. stay until the very end!).

No dress code needed! Feel free to show up in something cozy and comfy.
A casual grab & go brunch on site at the Brookledge reception pavillion that is optional to all guests who would like to come say goodbye to the happy couple before departing for the weekend.
