Dishwasher safe. Bristle brush is recommended for everyday cleaning of interior (to get into texture). Compatible with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops - avoid dragging it across surfaces to prevent scratches. Interior is metal utensils safe; a soft sponge is recommended for the exterior to avoid scratches. Long handle is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but is metal, so may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Use oven mitts or our hot grips as necessary. How to Use / Tips + Tricks: Preheat your pan for 90 seconds before adding a teaspoon of high smoke point oil. Coat your pan’s interior surface with at least a teaspoon of oil before cooking (more if fine if desired). The oil helps to kickstart the nonstick effect.
