The River Trail is a great, nearby place to run or walk around. There is a $10 vehicle pass and $4 individual pass (without a vehicle).

Lots of cool scenery, especially if you've never been out west! There's some easy hiking and biking available, and you can check out the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre or their visit their Vistor's Center!
America's #1 dinosaur tracksite where you can see and touch fossils in the mountainside! There is a self-guided ~1 mile walk that is free as well as paid guided tours.
