Question

What policies are in place related to COVID-19?

Answer

Please review this FAQ page again closer to the wedding since state restrictions and mandates in Massachusetts may change. As concerns with the Delta variant rise, we kindly ask that everyone take a rapid COVID test the weekend of our wedding, ideally the morning of the event, to confirm that you test negative. You can do this by making an appointment at your local urgent care or pharmacy or by purchasing an at-home rapid testing kit. Please note that our families, wedding party, and out-of-town guests attending the dinner on Saturday evening should take their rapid test on Friday or on Saturday morning. These precautions are in place to reduce risk for all guests and make everyone feel more comfortable attending a large group event. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formalwear is encouraged for the wedding. This could be suits and ties, gowns or cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so no need to worry about the rain or your heels sinking into the grass!

Question

Will you have transportation between the hotels and venue?

Answer

At this time we do not have transportation scheduled for guests and our hotels are not offering shuttles this year because of COVID risks. The hotels are all within a 10 minute drive from our venue.

Question

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

No, Lakeview Pavilion requires all guests to remove their car from the property within 30 minutes of the event's end.
