Our hotel block will be at the Courtyard Shelton, about 15 minutes from our venue. A round-trip shuttle will also be provided for guests staying in our block. Please note there will be only one shuttle to the venue and one shuttle returning to the hotel, so be sure to review the schedule if you plan on staying with us The closest airports are Tweed-New Haven (HVN) and Bradley (BDL). LaGuardia (LGA) and JFK are a bit further from us but offer more flight options. Rental cars, Turo, Uber, and Lyft are all great ways to get around. If you’re staying for a few days, check out New Haven, famous for pizza (BTW - Connecticut is the pizza capital of the U.S!), Yale University, and The Shops at Yale. We also love Stappa Vineyards, open year-round, and Mystic Village, if you're up for a day trip!

A block of rooms has been reserved for our wedding guests beginning Thursday, January 22, 2026, with checkout available through Sunday, January 25, 2026. Kindly note: The final day to reserve accommodations at the group rate is Tuesday, December 23, 2025. We encourage guests to book early to ensure availability. A round-trip shuttle will be provided for guests. Please note there will be only one shuttle to the venue and one shuttle returning to the hotel. To the venue: Departs from the hotel at 2:40 PM. Return to the hotel: Departs from the venue at 10:05 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive a few minutes early, as the shuttle will depart promptly at the scheduled times.
