We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here’s a quick look at the day:
3:30 PM – Ceremony
The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM in a sheltered outdoor breezeway with heaters. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early. You’re welcome to step inside Monty’s for a cocktail or mocktail beforehand.
A shuttle to the venue is available from the hotel—see the Hotel & Travel Information tab for details. After the reception, the shuttle can also take guests back to the hotel to join the after party at the Courtyard Shelton. Only one shuttle is provided each way, so please check the schedule.
4:00 PM – Cocktail Hour
Join us inside Monty’s for cocktails and light bites as we celebrate the newlyweds!
5:00 PM – Reception
Dinner, music, and dancing to keep the celebration going!
After Party – Courtyard Shelton
All guests are welcome to join us for the after party immediately following the wedding.

Formal Attire (Black Tie Optional): We’d love for guests to dress in formal eveningwear in dark tones—black is preferred. Tuxedos are welcome but not required. Floor-length gowns or formal suits are great for women; dark suits with a tie or bowtie for men. To keep things special for the bride, we kindly ask that dresses with trains be avoided.
