The ceremony and reception will be held at Great River Golf Club in Milford, CT. The address is: Great River Golf Club 130 Coram Lane Milford, CT 06460
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–20 minutes early so you have time to get settled before it starts. Feel free to pop inside Monty’s restaurant beforehand and cozy up with a cocktail or mocktail. If you happen to arrive late, seating may not be available during the ceremony, but we’ll be so happy to welcome you at the start of cocktail hour!
Formal Attire (Black Tie Optional): We kindly ask that guests join us in their most formal attire to match the spirit of the evening. For women, floor-length gowns or elegant pantsuits are perfect. For men, a dark suit with a tie or bowtie is appropriate. Tuxedos are welcome but not required. To maintain a cohesive and elevated look, we kindly request dark colors only, with black being preferred. Out of respect for the bride, we also ask that guests avoid dresses with trains. Most of all, we want everyone to feel confident, comfortable, and looking their best!
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we are so thankful to celebrate with you! If you wish to honor us further, we kindly ask that you bring only a card. Please no boxed, bagged, or wrapped gifts. Your thoughtful contributions will help us create memories on our honeymoon and support our future together.
We kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken during the ceremony or our special dances, and that phones remain put away during these moments. This will help everyone be fully present. We have an amazing photography team capturing all the beautiful memories, and we can't wait to share those with you! Thank you for respecting our wishes and helping make this day even more special.
Due to venue limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
We love your kiddos just as much as you do, but we’re making this a child-free event. We hope you understand and appreciate your help in making our celebration special for everyone!
We have a hotel block reserved at the Courtyard Shelton; however, the group block has now closed. If you are still interested in staying there, please reach out to the hotel directly to inquire about current rates and availability. You can find the hotel details under the Travel tab. A round-trip shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the Courtyard Shelton. The shuttle will take guests to the venue for the ceremony and return to the hotel after the reception. Feel free to use this shuttle to join us at the after party, even if you do not plan on staying at the hotel. Please note there will be only one shuttle going to the venue and one returning to the hotel, so be sure to review the shuttle schedule. If you do not plan on staying at our designated hotel or using the shuttle, we kindly encourage you to arrange your own safe transportation, especially if you plan to enjoy a few drinks with us!
Yes! Free and ample parking will be available for all guests. However, please make sure not to leave your car overnight. The gates are locked promptly in the evening, and the venue is closed on Sunday — access may not be permitted again until Monday.
Yes! The celebration will continue at the hotel bar where we’ve reserved a block of rooms — the Courtyard Shelton. All guests are welcome to join us and help keep the party going! The after party will begin immediately following the end of the wedding.
Our ceremony will be held in a sheltered outdoor breezeway. Heaters will be set up to keep things warm, but we do encourage you to bring warm coverings for the brief ceremony. A coat room will be available onsite, so feel free to leave your coats there before the celebration begins at cocktail hour!
