Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a $150 deposit per person due by September 1st, 2025. If your group includes more than two guests, please contact Angie directly to reserve a room that can accommodate up to four. For those paying in full, 60% of the total cost is due by December 1st, 2025, with the remaining balance due by January 26th, 2026 (90 days before the event). Please note: All payments made after December 1st are non-refundable. A minimum three-night stay is required, but we encourage guests to stay longer if they’d like—our celebrations will be spread out over the first three days! Flight

Flying to Mexico

Feel free to book your flight to Cancun whenever it works best for you! We recommend arriving on Friday, April 24th or early Saturday, April 25th, so you don’t miss our Welcome Party on the evening of the 25th. We’re also planning a fun, optional group excursion on Monday, April 27th—the day after the wedding—so you may want to factor that in when booking your return flight. Just a friendly reminder: a valid passport is required for travel!

Resort Transportation

The resort is approximately an hour’s drive from the Cancun Airport. Our wedding planner, Angie, will assist in coordinating smooth, private, and safe transportation to and from Unico. You can find further details on the booking website below. Use code LOVE to enter.
