While we would love to welcome everyone, our venue's limited capacity means we must carefully manage our guest list. Each invitation will specify whether a plus one is included.
For our wedding celebration, we invite you to dress in your favorite garden party attire! If you need some inspiration, think fun florals or patterns, pastels or pops of color, and light, airy fabrics. If you’d like to avoid matching a bridesmaid, each will be wearing a different solid-color satin dress in shades of pastel pink, pistachio green, light blue, lavender, butter yellow, and coral pink. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white or cream, as those colors will be reserved for the bride. When choosing your footwear, please keep in mind that our venue is located on a working flower farm, with gravel walkways, and that both the ceremony and reception will take place on grass.
We kindly request that guests arrive between 3:00 and 3:15 PM, and be seated for the ceremony by 3:20. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. As we'll be taking family photos until 3:00, we ask that you do not arrive earlier than this time unless requested by the bride or groom.
Yes, our ceremony and reception will both take place at Courter Country Farms, a beautiful, working flower farm and event space. Guests can seamlessly transition from the ceremony to the celebration without any additional travel.
We warmly invite only our family's children to join us on our special day.
We will be sending out formal invitations in April 2026. RSVP will be available to you on our website once you receive your invitation. However, if you know you will be unable to attend our wedding before you receive your formal invitation, it would be much appreciated if you could contact either Connor or Brianna.
Our venue is located at 12000 Courter Ln NW, Poulsbo, WA 98370. As you turn onto NW Walker Rd, the road will gradually narrow and transition to an unpaved surface. After the road bends to the right, you'll be just 500 feet from the parking lot. The path will be clearly marked with signage on the day of the wedding.
Yes, there is a designated parking lot as you enter the venue. A parking attendant will be on site to guide you until 3:20 PM. If you arrive after that time, please park on your own and proceed to the ceremony location. While parking is available, the lot is small, so we encourage carpooling if possible.
We've entrusted talented photographers and videographers to document every cherished moment of our wedding day. During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you be fully present and enjoy the experience, keeping phones and cameras tucked away. As we move into the reception, we welcome you to capture your favorite moments through photos and videos. We simply request that you wait to post pictures of the bride and groom on social media until they have shared their own official wedding images.
On your wedding day, Connor and Brianna will be fully immersed in their celebration. For any logistical questions or concerns, we'll designate a dedicated point of contact who can assist guests. Details about this contact person will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Yes! We want to ensure every guest can participate in our reception, regardless of any dietary restrictions. When you RSVP, please note any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will work with our caterer to ensure there is an option for you.
Our ceremony and reception will take place entirely outdoors on grass and gravel walkways. Please dress accordingly for the weather and venue. Hand-held fans will be provided.
We would like you to be aware of the venue’s restroom facilities that are suited to its farm setting. You'll find two single-use restrooms with flushing toilets and hand washing stations, along with four clean portable toilets on-site, including one ADA-accessible option.
At this time, Connor and Brianna will both be keeping their current last names. When addressing cards and correspondence, please use Brianna Kangas and Connor Bates.
