The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina

The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina is located conveniently on the wharfs. We have a first-come, first-serve block of rooms for our guests and we will have shuttle service to and from the wedding for both hotels. The final date to reserve in our block, pending availability, is August 9. When booking, choose "Add Code" on the room page and make sure "Group Attendee" is selected. Then enter the discount code listed below. NOTE: if the block is full, we recommend calling the hotel. While you may not be able to book at our special rate, they likely will still have rooms available.

Shuttle

Shuttles to and from Wedding Ceremony

October 10, 2021 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We will be using big yellow school buses for our wedding shuttles! A bus will depart from the front entrance of the Hotel Viking at 5:05pm. For guests staying closer to the wharfs or in the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina, a second bus will also depart at 5:05pm from the corner of Memorial Blvd West & Thames Street in downtown Newport (in front of The Red Parrot Restaurant). Buses will depart from Rosecliff at 11:00pm. If you prefer to drive yourself, please enter the property from the main entrance on Bellevue Avenue. You will directed toward the lot to the left-hand side of Rosecliff Mansion.
