A casual evening of food, fun and celebration to kick-off the weekend. There will be live music, light bites and cocktails - all are welcome. We can't wait to see you! As a courtesy to our guests staying downtown Savannah, a shuttle is scheduled to transport guests from The Alida Hotel (Savannah) to the venue (Ford Field & River Club). If you plan on taking the shuttle, please meet at the front of The Alida Hotel. The shuttle schedule for the Oyster Roast is as follows: 5:30pm - Pick Up @ The Alida Hotel 6:00pm - Drop Off @ Ford Field & River Club 8:30pm - Shuttle Final Trip to Downtown Savannah/The Alida

We'd love for you to dress up with us! While the wedding will be semi-formal, black tie optional - we want you to be comfortable.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, but please arrive early to allow time for seating. This evening will be entirely outdoors. Although temperatures are expected to be moderate, you may want to bring a light layer to throw over your shoulders after the sun goes down.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us immediately after the ceremony for light bites and cocktails around the pool.
7:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Following cocktail hour, we'll come together for dinner at sunset with cake and dancing to follow.
