When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you let us know if you will be able to attend a month out from the wedding. Please have your RSVP submitted by February 21, 2026.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

You can RSVP two different ways. Either by sending back the card in your invitation or through our wedding website.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

It is all at one place, River Oak Church in Chesapeake. The address is 255 Great Bridge Blvd Chesapeake, VA 23322

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal! Semi-formal means dressy, but not black-tie. Think “cocktail party” rather than “ballroom gala.” Men can wear dress pants with a button-down shirt (a jacket and tie are welcome but not required). Women can wear a nice dress, jumpsuit, or a skirt and blouse. Aim for polished and festive, but still comfortable enough to celebrate and dance!

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Florals and pastels are the theme we are going for. Definitely not required for your outfit, but that is the vibe for our early spring wedding!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children and the joy they bring! However, for our wedding day, we kindly ask that both the ceremony and reception be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our immediate family’s children. Thank you so much for understanding. We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We are having barbecue. Several meat options will be available as well as cheesy potatoes, green beans, and baked beans. Our cake is absolutely delicious and we can't wait for you all to try it!
