Sunset Harbor Cruise

For our out of town guests who are arriving early to kick off the wedding weekend festivities, you are welcome to join us on a Sunset Harbor Cruise on Thursday evening! We will be departing on The Journey at Huntington Beach Harbor at 5:30 PM. Space is limited, so it will be on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact me if you are interested so I can reserve your spot! Craft beer, seltzers, wine, sangria and champagne will be available on the boat. We recommend casual boat attire. Please no high heels on the boat! Rubber soled shoes or sneakers are recommended. I would suggest a light jacket as California has cool evenings, especially on the water. We plan to Uber to the Harbor at 5:00 PM.

We are ecstatic to welcome our out of town family and friends to Surf City USA in sunny Southern California! We sincerely appreciate the effort it will take for you to get here to celebrate with us and are so excited to see you all! Appetizers, light bites and cocktails will be served for you to enjoy! Attire will be Resort Casual. Just think of what you would wear on a California beach vacation and you will be right at home!

Wedding Ceremony

Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort guests will have the option to take the complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the church ceremony. We will update with a departure time closer to the event. Please let me know if you're interested so I can provide a headcount to the valet. The Shorebreak is a 3 minute drive or 11 minute walk to the church. The Holiday Inn is a 15 minute drive. These two hotels do not offer a shuttle service. After the wedding ceremony, a shuttle from St. Mary's to the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort for the reception will be provided for ALL guests! For our local guests who are driving to the church for the ceremony, you are welcome to take the shuttle back to the The Hilton Waterfront for the reception and leave your car parked on the street by the church to avoid valet parking. There is generous street parking near the church that is free of charge. Attire will be Resort Cocktail. Please be mindful that the ceremony is in a traditional Roman Catholic Church.
Reception

Please come prepared to eat from a buffet of delicious California cuisine, exceptional hand crafted cocktails and a DJ that will no doubt have you on the dance floor! We hope you enjoy our special day on our favorite rooftop with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and even better company! Attire will be Resort Cocktail. We advise sunglasses if desired and a light sweater or jacket. Offshore 9 Rooftop will be providing blankets and heaters as well for the evening.

When the reception ends, we will move downstairs to the Cabo Wabo Beach Club, a bar and restaurant on the main floor of the hotel! For anyone wanting to explore Huntington's nightlife, there are plenty of options as well. Fun Fact: Van Halen's Sammy Hagar owns Cabo Wabo Beach Club! His portrait is on the side of the bar! Attire: Whatever your heart desires!

Sunday Wedding Debrief and Relaxing Beach Day

Locals and out of town guests with late flights or making it a long weekend are welcome to join us for a relaxing Beach Day! We will meet at Cabo Wabo at The Hilton Waterfront around 12:00 PM to grab lunch and walk over to the beach!
