The venue requires a copy of each guest’s passport for check-in. Please email a photo or PDF of your passport(s) to us, 8 weeks before check-in, so we can forward them to the venue team.
We’ll be hosting a fun pasta-making class right on the property for anyone who wants to join in! Start time: 12:00 PM Cost: 110€ per person (includes both the class and lunch) Lunch only: If you’d rather skip the class and just join everyone for lunch, that’s perfectly fine! Lunch starts at 1:15 PM and is 55€ per person. Sign-up deadline: Please let me know by August 2026 if you’d like to join either the class or just the lunch. The class is first come first serve. Capacity: Max 16 participants for the class This is such a special experience, highly recommended by Alberto!
Explore the countryside on a guided E-Bike ride with transportation included. Start time: 11:00 AM Duration: ~3.5–4 hours Cost: €105 per person (includes e-bike, guide, transportation, and a snack) Where you’ll ride: You’ll travel to Le Corti (Rignano sull’Arno) and ride along Roman roads, pass the remains of an ancient monastery, reach the top of Monte Incontro, and stop at a panoramic viewpoint above Florence with breathtaking views. On the way back, you’ll pass a beautiful stream and a small Roman bridge. Snack included: a stop for schiacciata (Tuscan flatbread), mortadella, and prosciutto.

We’re so excited to have you with us all weekend! Here’s what’s included during your stay, all at no additional cost: Accommodations for the entire duration of your stay Breakfast served each morning, including check-out day Brunch on September 19th Farewell BBQ on September 19th. A relaxed and fun evening to celebrate and close out the weekend with everyone on the property If you find yourself hungry outside of the scheduled meals, there is an on-site option available. The Agri-Bar, located on the property, is open daily from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, where guests are welcome to stop by at their convenience to order food and beverages and pay individually.
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions as soon as possible so that the chef can prepare alternative dishes (must be finalized 8 weeks before check-in) Additionally, let us know if you are a beer drinker or a non-alcohol drinker, as this will help with menu and beverage planning.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily make coffee, breakfast, or light meals during your stay. If you’d like to have groceries already waiting in your villa when you arrive, Castello del Trebbio offers a grocery service: Service fee: 200€ Plus: The actual grocery receipt cost (all paid in cash upon arrival) To use this service: Send your grocery list at least 5 weeks before your arrival If you’d rather do your own shopping, you can find local markets nearby with plenty of essentials.
If you’d like an easy lunch during the day, there are a few great options available for delivery: Sandwiches: 8€ each, available for order and delivery to your Villa. If you’re interested, contact Bailey for the updated sandwich menu and prices. Lunch Bags: 25€ each, which includes: Lasagna, salad, bread, and disposable utensils, napkin, and plate. If you would like any of these options for your Villa, please put in your orders before August 2026
There’s so much to explore during your stay! E-Bike Rentals: You can rent E-bikes to ride around the property and take in the gorgeous vineyard views. To reserve your bikes, please reach out to Bailey directly, she’ll coordinate everything with Castello del Trebbio for you. Hiking: There are several beautiful trails around the property if you’d like to take a scenic walk through the rolling Tuscan hills. Swimming: There are three pools on the estate, all overlooking the vineyards and Tuscan mountains. It’ll be warm enough during the day to swim, so make sure to pack a bathing suit if you’d like to relax by the pool!
Bring comfortable shoes for walking around the estate’s cobblestone paths. Evenings can be cool, so pack a light sweater or wrap. Air conditioning is available in all Villas and rooms, so you’ll stay comfortable even during the warm Tuscan afternoons. Wi-Fi is available, though it may be limited in some areas on the property, enjoy the unplugged moments!
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at the restaurant on the property Join us for a relaxed BBQ dinner at the restaurant on our final evening together in Tuscany. From 6:00–8:30 PM, we’ll gather for grilled favorites, great wine, and one last chance to soak in the magic of the weekend before everyone heads home. No formal program, just good food, laughter, and time together to close out an unforgettable celebration.
