Smart Casual Attire Think polished yet relaxed; stylish and comfortable. We encourage guests to dress nicely for the evening while still feeling at ease. There will be a bit of walking during the castle and winery tour, so please choose shoes that are comfortable for walking. Heels and dressy shoes are absolutely welcome if that’s your style!
Castello del Trebbio Guests (Family): Shuttle transportation to the villas at Castello del Trebbio will be available at 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM for check-in. If you are unable to make one of these shuttle times, please plan to arrange your own transportation to the villas. Off-Property Guests: If you are not taking the shuttle to the Welcome Dinner, please plan to arrive at the castle between 5:30–5:40 PM. At 5:45 PM, we are all meeting at the wine shop to begin the experience, and the castle tour will start promptly at 6:00 PM. If you arrive a bit early, feel free to explore the castle shop where you can browse and purchase local wine, olive oil, or grab a drink at the bar! A shuttle will be taking all of our off-property guests back to Florence at 9:00pm

Black-Tie Optional: For men: A tuxedo is welcome, but a dark suit with a tie is perfectly appropriate. For women: A floor-length gown, or a long elegant cocktail dress are all wonderful choices.
Come ready to eat! Cocktail hour will feature a gelato cart alongside a large selection of finger foods. Dinner follows with a five-course experience, ending on a sweet note with dessert. And a late-night pizza snack at 11:00 PM.
