✈️ Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
We’re getting married in beautiful Italy! We reserved two villas in the Tuscany region- Villa Olimpia and Villa Spadaforte. More details will be shared soon — but plan for stunning views, amazing food, and unforgettable memories.

📅 When should we plan to arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving a couple days before the celebration to adjust to the time zone, settle in, and join us for some pre-wedding fun! And/or, we recommend staying a few days after to enjoy the beauty of the Italian culture!

📍 What airport should we fly into?
Answer
The closest major airport is Florence, located about 30-45 minutes from the venue. We’ll share more info on transportation options soon. United also has a direct flight to Rome during the summer months. Please head to our 'travel' section of this website for more info!

🏨 Where should we stay?
Answer
We will be providing you with accommodations between 6/28/2026-7/1/2026. If you wish to stay elsewhere during this time, let us know and we can give you a list of recommendations in the area!

🚗 How do I get to the Villa?
Answer
Please let us know if you are planning on renting a car. We can try coordinating with others in the group car-pooling. There is also a shuttle that we can arrange for you from all major cities/airports. Please let us know if you could like this service and we will get you in touch with our amazing wedding planner.

Can I bring a 1+?
Answer
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone who’s important, we're keeping our guest list very small and intimate due to venue limitations in Tuscany. Unless your invitation specifically includes a plus-one, we’re only able to accommodate those listed. We hope you understand and know how much we appreciate your presence and support!

👗 What’s the dress code?

We’re aiming for semi formal/formal for the actual wedding day — think Tuscan elegance meets summer garden party. * For the men- think linen suit pants/ shirts! * For the women- summer floral colors are encouraged but not required:) We will add some pictures of inspirations soon!

🍝 What meals will be included?
Answer
There will be food, and lots of it! We’re planning events with delicious local cuisine including a welcome dinner, wedding reception, and farewell brunch. Let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The villas have full kitchens and there are restaurants around (accessible by car). Additional breakfast/lunch at the villa will cost 15 Euros per person. Please let us know if you would like to utilize this 1 month prior to the arrival date.

💌 How do we RSVP?
Answer
You should be receiving a formal invite any time now! Please let us know if you did not get an invite by the end of January 2026. Head to our "RSVP" section!

🛂 Do we need a passport or visa?
Answer
A valid passport is required to enter Italy. If you’re traveling from America, a visa is not required for stays under 90 days. Italy will be implementing an ETIAS authorization (a pre-screening system) prior to entering though!

What if I can't make it to the wedding?
Answer
As much as we would love to see you, please don't feel obligated. We understand that is is a big ask. We will also be hosting a reception in Colorado sometime in August 2026 with food and drinks for our friends and family that could not make it to our wedding.
