Absolutely, the chef can make accommodations to fit your dietary needs (but please don't go overboard with it, he's cooking for 100 people).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, on a first come first serve basis. You may end up walking a bit if you're cutting it close.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No need, it's all in the same spot.

Is there a dress code?

Not at all, if you're comfortable then we're comfortable. Come as fancy or as casual as you like, just have fun and enjoy the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is a cocktail hour beginning at 4pm to mingle with get you feeling festive. We'll have drinks and nibbles available, but please be ready for the ceremony by 5.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you'd rather not stay on site, there are nice places in Eminence and Salem, but please be careful driving after the reception.
