Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at the Arts Ballroom no later than 5:10 PM to allow time for seating prior to the processional. Friday traffic in and around the city can be unpredictable, and there will be a Phillies home game on the 23rd so please plan accordingly and leave extra time.

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, in order to give our guests a night of fun, we respectfully request that no children attend our wedding, except for our flower girl and ring bearer. Please use our wedding as an excuse to get out for a night! We hope you understand!

Question

When will I receive the formal wedding invitation?

Answer

Formal invitations will be mailed in early March. If you received the Save The Date but have not received your formal wedding invitation by mid March, please let us know.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask for all final RSVPs by April 28, 2023. You may RSVP via our wedding website or by email to AveryandOmar@gmail.com with your choice of meal.

Question

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are a number of lots within a 1 minute walk to the venue! Please see the travel page of our website for more info. We also recommend downloading parking apps to reserve a parking spot in advance.

Question

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

The ceremony from 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm is unplugged! Meaning no cell phone usage during the ceremony. Once we say "I Do" pull your phones out and snap away as we walk down the aisle. Please use the QR code you'll find around the venue to share your photos and videos with us!
