The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 5:10 PM to ensure your seating prior to the processional. Friday traffic in and around the city can be unpredictable, and there will be a Phillies home game on the 23rd so please plan accordingly and leave extra time.
