Coach Bus TO Avonlea Farms from Host Hotels 🚌

We want you to throughly enjoy our event, so we've arranged a Coach Bus to take you to/from the host Hotels to Avonlea Farms for the Ceremony/Reception & back after the event ends at 11:00pm. Due to the venue distance, there will be ONE BUS DEPARTURE & RETURN. DON'T MISS IT! Guests at RESIDENCE INN SHORT PUMP AT THE NOTCH Bus will be in parking lot at 2:30pm ET Will Leave for Ceremony at 2:45pm ET Will Return to Hotel at 11:45-11:59pm Guests at WINGATE BY WYNDHAM SHORT PUMP Bus will be in parking lot at 2:30pm ET Will Leave for Ceremony at 2:45pm ET Will Return to Hotel at 11:45-11:59pm

The moment we've all been waiting for, the most important part...(the hour before Gin/Cocktail Hour) Upon arrival at Avonlea Farms, signs will point you in the direction of our outside ceremony at The Wedding Tree! We will post a ceremony schedule here once we get closer to the event! Attire Suggestion: Your Wedding Best - Red Carpet style! The Wedding Party's entrance will be fit for the runway, you'll see....it is outdoors, so maybe rethink those stiletos. Just don't show up the Mr & Mr's!!:)
Gin (+ "other" liquor) Hour

Follow the signs to the Covered Patio immediately following the "I Do's" for Cocktail Hour....the gents surely like their Gin but no worries, there will be a full bar, signature cocktails (Gin of course!), non-alcoholic refreshers and light bites. Keep it classy, we still have the whole night ahead!
Dinner, Dancin', Drinking....

First dance of the Misters: 6:30pm Dinner, take-your-plate-up-style: 6:40 - 8:00pm Toasts: 8:10pm Dancin', Drinks and all the rest: 8:10 - 11:00pm Dessert Bar Open: 8:30 No worries! The bar will be open before dinner, during dinner, after dinner etc.... PS. Don't forget to reserve your hotel room(s) on the "TRAVEL" tab!
