Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Please join us for a garden welcome party to kick off the celebration! Heavy hors d'oeuvres (equivalent to a 6 course tasting menu) and a full open bar will be provided. Please plan to provide for your own transportation to and from the Welcome Party (about a 10 minute drive from the Hilton Vallarta Riviera). If you arrive early, there are a variety of art galleries nearby to peruse.

Wedding

Fri, Feb 5, 2027, 4:30 pm - Sat, Feb 6, 2027, 12:30 am

Round trip transportation will be provided from the Hilton Vallarta Riviera to Puerto Magico, where the boat to the ceremony will depart from. For guests not staying at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera, please plan to arrive to Puerto Magico in time for a 4:30 pm departure. A large catamaran with an open bar and DJ will bring all guests to and from Las Caletas. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 pm, and the boat back to Puerto Magico will depart at 11:30 pm.

Resort Day

10:00 am - 6:00 pm

For guests staying at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Riviera, please join us for a day of all-inclusive fun at the resort. We will have plenty of cabana space around the pool and near the beach reserved for our guests. For those who want to keep the party going, we plan to hit the Zona Romantica dancefloors on Saturday night as a final farewell to PV.
