Is an Irish wedding similar to an American wedding?
Answer
Yes and no! Yes, in being that it will be lots of fun, great food and drinks and lots of dancing. However it will last quite a bit longer than your typical American wedding.

Do we need a passport to enter Ireland?
Answer
Absolutely! Passports cannot expire within 6 months of your travel return date.

Do I need a Covid test before coming to Ireland?
Answer
You do not need a COVID-19 test before arriving in Ireland if any of the following applies to you: You have an EU Digital COVID Certificate that shows you are fully vaccinated You have an EU Digital COVID Certificate that shows you have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 180 days You are aged 11 or under You have another acceptable proof that you are fully vaccinated with an EMA approved vaccine, or that you have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 180 days If none of the above applies to you, you must have a negative RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before your arrival in Ireland. If you require a RT-PCR test and you arrive in Ireland without one, you could be taken to court and fined and/or sent to prison. A passenger who travels without a test result or an exemption is required to take a RT-PCR test within 72 hours following arrival.

What is the weather in Ireland?
Answer
Ireland is an island, the weather is always unpredictable, however studies have shown June weather to be a high of 75*F during the summer months. Always be prepared in case of rain.

Is there a shuttle service to and from the wedding from the Nuremore or Shirley Arms hotel?
Answer
Yes, we will provide a shuttle. Please send us your phone number so we can text you with shuttle details as we get closer to the wedding.

What time will the music stop playing?

Music will stop playing around 2am, but we will have our playlist on in the residence bar. All are welcome to join.

I am on the waitlist for Cabra Castle, when will I know if I have a room?
Answer
If you are currently on the waitlist for Cabra Castle, we unfortunately will not know if they are releasing rooms until 6 weeks prior to our wedding. However you will have a room reserved in the Nuremore Hotel or Shirley Arms in the event that there are no rooms available.
