A shuttle is available from the airport to the DoubleTree hotel, which is on JIA property, should you choose not to rent a car. A shuttle will also be available on the wedding day from the hotel to the venue, and back.

DoubleTree Hilton Hotel has rooms blocked off for our wedding guests for Friday, December 13th, through Monday, December 16th. The DoubleTree Hilton hotel is located at the Jacksonville airport and is approximately 20 minutes from our wedding venue. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue, so no extra transportation is required. Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

December 15, 2019 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will be available for guests staying at the hotel. There will be 1 shuttle leaving the hotel at 3:00 p.m. to go to the venue. The shuttle will pick up from the venue and return guests to the hotel immediately following the send-off (between 9:30-10:00). If you arrive at the venue on the shuttle, but choose to leave early, both uber and lyft service the venue area, and will be able to pick you up to return to the hotel.
