ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion (with the exception of those children in the wedding party and out of town family). We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The event is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Tuxes, suits or slacks and button downs are appropriate for the guys. Ladies, gowns, formal dresses or cocktail dresses are welcome.

DO I HAVE TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I RSVP ONLINE?

Answer

We would like the RSVP's mailed back in the pre-stamped envelope included in the pocket of the Invitation.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st. If there are any changes in your RSVP, also notify us before this date.

ARE THERE ANY COLORS YOU WOULD LIKE ME NOT TO WEAR?

Answer

This is for the ladies: Please do not wear white for obvious reasons, and red as that is the bridesmaid dress color.

IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION VENUES?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite in a large GRAVEL parking lot.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE TAKING PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony site is outdoors. The walkway to the seating area is paved. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception will be held indoors.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Answer

A salad bar with a BBQ style Buffet.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We've hired an amazing photographer to capture our wedding day and kindly request that you turn off and leave your phones in your purses and pockets, relax, and enjoy the freedom from snapping away. Photos at the reception after the ceremony are highly encouraged!
