We'll have pizza, salad, beer and a selection of other drinks. *****You must bring your ID if you plan to have beer or wine. Anchorage Municipal Code requires proof of ID (no matter your age) for anyone drinking alcohol.

There are limited seats on the shuttle. If you did not say 'Yes' to the shuttle in your rsvp, please reach out to Aubrey or Brendan to confirm a spot is available. 2:45 PM: Shuttle will depart from Aloft Hotel 3:00 PM: Shuttle will depart from the Egan Center (5th ave side) 10:00 PM: First shuttle return 12:00 AM: Last shuttle return You can take a cab or ride share to either shuttle pick-up location to catch the shuttle. If you wish to drive, please plan to take the shuttle from the Egan Center. There are several parking structures near by at 6th ave and E street.

Cocktail Attire: Come get fancy with us! Your snazziest suit & tie, formal separates, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, and floor-length dresses are all welcome. This isn’t the Oscars, so tuxes are not necessary.
Please plan to arrive around 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. If you are driving, or planning to camp please check the FAQ page for more details on parking. We'll be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting), please plan to bring a jacket or sweater to stay comfortable in the mountain chill and choose your footwear accordingly.
