Join Us for a Casual Welcome Drink! After our rehearsal dinner, we’ll be heading to one of our favorite neighborhood spots - The Workman's Friend, an Irish pub right in the heart of Plaza Midwood - for a relaxed evening hang. No need to RSVP or dress up - this is a very informal, drop-in-style gathering. Come by, say hey, and have a quick drink (or two!) with us as we kick off the wedding weekend. Cash bar / pay-your-own tab. We’d love to see you there if you’re getting into town early!

Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Modern formal, from A to Z - tie optional. Think elevated and stylish, but not overly traditional. Suits, chic dresses (any length), and formal jumpsuits are all welcome. Ties and bow ties are optional—feel polished, but express your personal Fall Style.
Our ceremony will be indoors and will begin promptly at 5:30 pm - please plan to arrive a few minutes early (as early as 5:00 pm). Parking is available at The Casey, but we encourage guests to Uber or Lyft if possible. An indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception (with dinner and dancing!) will follow - all at The Casey.

Crown Station in NoDa, 3629 N Davidson St, Charlotte, NC 28205, from 11:00 pm - 2:00 am. It's a quick drive from The Casey, so we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft. We'll be doing a quick outfit change and meeting everyone there. There will be a cash bar, late-night pizza, and our friend Ian Kingston of Gangstarz Productions there to DJ.

For those sticking around Charlotte for the weekend, join us the afternoon after the wedding for a relaxed drop-in at Substrate Beverage. We’ll be meeting at Substrate at 2:00 pm to unwind with charcuterie and a few glasses of wine (or whatever your post-party recovery calls for). Come as you are — wedding stories, comfy clothes, and light hangovers all welcome. No formal agenda, just casual Saturday sips, snacks, and a chance to share a few last toasts! Afterward, we’ll be casually bopping around Charlotte, going with the flow, and hanging out at some of our favorite spots. Come ready for a relaxed day of good vibes and great company that can roll right into a fun night out!
