Transportation Schedule
PLEASE READ! For our out-of-town guests, we will have transportation for you ALL WEEKEND LONG given events are spread across the city. We HIGHLY encourage you to utilize it! SATURDAY: The shuttle will depart at 4:30pm from the Hotel Monaco and Duquesne Club outside of their main entrances, respectively. Please arrive to your hotel in Pittsburgh by 3:30PM on Saturday. The shuttle will leave at 4:30PM and this will allow you time to check-in and freshen up. SUNDAY: The shuttle will depart at 2:30PM for the wedding ceremony. Transportation will be provided to the ceremony, to the reception, and return you to your hotels at the end of the evening!

Kimpton Hotel Monaco
Our primary room block is reserved at the vibrant Kimpton Hotel Monaco, located in downtown Pittsburgh. There will be transportation to and from the Welcome Party for out-of-town guests and the Wedding Ceremony & Reception departing from the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. As such, a stay at the Hotel Monaco will not require you to rent a car for the weekend. Uber is available to and from the airport and within the city of Pittsburgh. We reserved a final block of rooms at the TRYP hotel in Lawrenceville, one of Pittsburgh's 'hippest' neighborhoods. Please note that there will not be transportation provided from the TRYP to the Welcome Party hosted for out-of-town guests or the Wedding Ceremony. We recommend that guests Uber from the TRYP to the Kimpton Hotel Monaco if they'd like to utilize the group transportation provided for the weekend. If you prefer to stay north of the city in a suburban area, we have also reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in McCandless Crossing. This hotel is within walking distance of the Wedding Ceremony, as well as to several restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is also closer to the Welcome Party for out-of-town guests than the hotels located downtown. We recommend this hotel to guests who are driving to Pittsburgh and plan to use their own cars when traveling to the events of the weekend.
