When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is January 30th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

When should I book my travel and accommodations?

Answer

We recommend booking flights and accommodations as early as possible, ideally 8-10 months in advance. Italy is especially beautiful (and popular!) in the spring, so planning ahead will give you the best options.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve provided a suggested hotel for the night of the wedding, complete with reserved room blocks for our guests. A shuttle will be available to and from the venue exclusively for those staying at this hotel. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please note that the shuttle service will not be available to other locations. Full details and booking information will be accessible on the "travel" section of our wedding website.

Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at our suggested hotel, where we’ve reserved a block of rooms. If you choose to stay at a different location, please note that the shuttle service will not be available to other hotels or accommodations. More details, including pickup times, will be shared closer to the date.

May in Italy is typically beautiful—mild, sunny, and full of springtime charm. Since we’ll be celebrating in the mountains, you can expect warm days and slightly cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable once the sun sets.
