Ali and Aspen met freshman year of college and have been besties ever since. They have spent the last 12 summers in New England celebrating the 4th of July week together. When they are together there are constant laughs and amazing memories made. They share a love for espresso martinis, Asian cuisine, and following influencers on Instagram then being influenced by them. Aspen is beyond thankful to Ali for helping Spencer design her dream engagement ring. Ali is also the full-time occupant of Aspen’s summer home in New Hampshire. Aspen will be returning to her summer home in July.
Nick Zazulia
Best Man
Spencer and Nick met as freshman at Rollins College. They proceeded to live together for the next three years. Probably because they were the only two people who needlessly stayed up until 3am every night.
Jeanna Kim
Maid of Honor
Jeanna and Aspen met freshman year of college and were roommates during their Junior and Senior years. They have been best friends, a dancing duo, and travel buddies for the last 15 years. There is so much love between them, even though Jeanna won’t say it. Aspen appreciates how many hobbies Jeanna has, like improv, stand-up comedy, CrossFit, Andy Shin Fitness, skiing, and dodgeball, because it makes up for Aspen having none.
Matt St. Jean
Groomsman
Spencer and Matt St. Jean, or just St. Jean, met as freshman at Rollins, and became inseparable friends as sophomores. They bonded over yelling “From?” at the television when a professional athlete did something. The other person would then guess where that player went to college, with unsettling accuracy.
Joanna (Jobe) Coe
Bridesmaid
From the moment that Aspen and Joanna locked eyes Freshman year of college, during a High School Musical game, they have been best friends ever since. They continued their Disney Channel love affair at Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus concerts. Joanna is also the most popular female athlete that Aspen knows. Several years ago, Aspen decided it was only appropriate to dress up as your favorite athlete for Halloween, so she showed up as Joanna. When Aspen and Joanna visit each other or catch up on the phone or FaceTime, it is always like no time has passed and they pick up right where they left off.
Wes Greeley

Spencer and Wes met as freshman, before becoming great friends as sophomores, and living together for two years (should have been three). The kehd has sehk hats, and you always know the night is going well the higher they get on his head.
Jenn Shea Saville
Bridesmaid
15 years ago Jenn and Aspen met during their freshman year of college and have been so close and the best of friends ever since. They lived together during their Junior and Seniors years of college and spent their days dancing around the apartment and trying to get Jeanna to enjoy apartment “Hug Time.” They think Jeanna is starting to come around to the idea. Jenn is always there to listen and talk things through and Aspen appreciates that more than she knows.
Matt Smith

Spencer and Matt Smith, better known as Smitty, became close when he, begrudgingly, became Wes, Nick and Spencer’s fourth roommate as juniors at Rollins. Spencer doesn’t think Smitty regrets his decisions, or if he does, it’s really nice that he still let us stay at his house every 4th of July.
Melanie Braddock

Spencer introduced Aspen to Melanie at a UCF tailgate in 2013 and they pretty much instantly became friends. They have traveled to NYC, Italy, Charleston, Atlanta, and the Bahamas together. Melanie and Aspen took Jazzercise classes for a year to get in shape for Melanie’s wedding and it was such a fun thing to do together. Melanie and Aspen laugh constantly when they are together, especially when they trying to order a cab in Italy (Panoramica 4 6).
Blake Braddock

Spencer and Blake met way back in 2004, but their friendship really flourished while Blake attended UCF and they tailgated together. Blake then moved to Winter Park following graduation. Blake and Spencer once ate a heart together… that’s it, that’s all of the story you get.
Whitney Horton

In 2010, Aspen knew Whitney as the Hall Director of her college apartment building. Luckily that is not where their relationship ended. When Aspen started working at Rollins post-graduation, Whitney and Aspen were always paired up as roommates for work conferences. This is where they bonded over all their favorite shows like Vampire Diaries, The Bachelor, and everything Bravo. The world new they were meant to spend more time together so when their offices merged, it was fate. Since then, they have bonded over wanting to be social and also always wanting to be at home in pjs. Aspen used to attend Whitney’s Insanity workout class, which must mean she really loves Whitney because if you know Aspen, she might be a little insane sometimes but not usually about working out.
Mike Imburgia

Spencer and Mike Imburgia met on the third floor of Ward Hall as freshman at Rollins. They then lived together for one year, and became lifelong friends. Mike is such a fan of Spencer that he named a fish he got in college after him. That fish then got pregnant, had babies, and died…
Tawny Herring

Tawny and Aspen met 15 years ago during their freshman year of college and they grew super close when their college apartments were right next to each other. They bonded over watching Vampire Diaries and all the drama that show entails (It’s addicting. Believe us.). Every time they are together, they always have so much fun, especially when they were dancing through the streets of New Orleans during their Senior year Spring Break.
Mike Battaglini

Spencer and Mike Battaglini met playing for the Orange Crush soccer team at WCAA (Undefeated Champions!). Spencer then proceeded to spend every weekend and summer vacation day at Mike’s house. I would try to write something funny here, but nothing would be as funny as a classic Mike Battaglini Dad Joke.
Eliza Fox

Eliza is Aspen and Spencer’s niece and one of Aspen’s favorite things about Eliza is how much she loves her “good ol’ buddy, Spencer.” Aspen and Spencer are so excited to have the cutest flower girl ever as part of their wedding!
Danny Dlugozima
Groomsman
Spencer and Danny met 2004 at Wesley Chapel High School, back when Danny was much, much, much smaller. Danny gave Spencer the forms to sign up for his first season of lacrosse, and even gave Spencer a stick when he first started playing. Spencer broke that stick in his first ever lacrosse drill.
