WHAT IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP online no later than October 12, 2022!

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
Our RSVP's are completely online! To RSVP, please select the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website. On the RSVP page, enter the first and last name of one member of your party. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the following page! If you have any questions, please contact Aspen or Spencer and we will be happy to help!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time so that we can get the party started as scheduled!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
Please wear cocktail attire. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress or classy jumpsuit, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, or a sports coat.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Answer
December is a cooler month in Winter Park, FL with the average temperature fluctuating between 55°F and 75°F.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

We have discounted rooms blocked at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter Park. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information on how to book.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL AND VENUE?
Answer
We suggest taking Ubers/Lyfts from the hotel to the venue but we will be providing a bus from the venue to the hotel after the wedding for anyone coming to the after party at the hotel. You can come on the bus even if you are not staying at the hotel.

WILL TAXIS, UBERS, OR LYFTS BE AVAILABLE TO DRIVE ME FROM THE VENUE TO THE HOTEL?

IS THERE PARKING AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at the venue where both the ceremony and reception will take place.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE SERVED DURING THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION?
Answer
We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by different stations for dinner, and dessert. The bar will be open, so hydrate ahead of time and be ready to party!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that this be an adults-only celebration. We greatly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
