What can I expect from the altitude?

Answer

Devil's Thumb Ranch is located about 8,000 feet above sea level. Please make sure to drink plenty of water before arriving to Colorado and while you are at the wedding as well. Additionally, one alcoholic drink can feel like 2-3 at altitude - we want guests to have as enjoyable a time as possible so please keep this in mind as you celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are planning on driving yourself, we recommend arriving to the venue at 3:30pm to give yourself ample time for parking & finding your way to our ceremony location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we hope you will understand that our venue has a capacity limit and we cannot accommodate children outside of those in the wedding party.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 12th, 2023 so we can make the proper preparations!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could include a plus one for all of our guests; however, we cannot do this due to space limitations at our venue. If your invitation says "and guest", then yes. If not, we prefer just you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will accommodate it.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing complimentary shuttles to and from the Holiday Inn and Best Western hotels for the weekend activities. If you plan on making reservations elsewhere, you are welcome to meet at either hotel to utilize the shuttles from that location. We will be providing a detailed schedule with pick up times & addresses closer to the wedding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! We are hosting a Sangeet on Friday May 12th. We would love for you to join! All events will be taking place at Devil's Thumb Ranch.
