San Francisco International Airport

SFO is most likely the best option to fly in and out of. It is approximately one and a half hours to two hours travel time to get from San Francisco to Carmel-By-The-Sea.

SJC is around an hour and a half to Carmel-By-The-Sea. There are a few direct flights a day from major airports such as Chicago and New York, otherwise your flight will most likely be connecting!

If you'd rather not stay at one of the hotels, there are plenty of AirBnb and VRBO options as well. The closest location to the rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony and reception is Carmel Valley, CA. Other options are, Carmel-By-The-Sea and Monterey. Please note, there will not be transportation offered from your rental. If you'd like to use the transportation to the wedding, you will need to go to one of the hotel blocks at the scheduled time.

Shuttle from Hyatt Regency Monterey & Carmel Valley Ranch to the Wedding

September 26, 2021 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm

Transportation will begin at the Hyatt Regency around 2:15pm, departing at 2:30. The bus will then make its way to Carmel Valley ranch arriving around 2:50pm, departing around 3:05 and arriving at Folktale Winery at approximately 3:08. Around 8:30 the bus will begin making loops to take guests back to the Hyatt or Carmel Valley Ranch every 30 minutes. As these details become more concrete, we will provide exact details. *Please note, if you are not staying at one of these two properties, you can still utilize the bus as transportation to the wedding. Please make your way to either hotel, whichever is more convenient at the scheduled time.
