Flight
We recommend flying into Athens International Airport. Athens international airport is approximately a 30 minute drive to Glyfada / Vouliagmeni and a 40 minute drive to Athens City Center. Glyfada & Vouliagmeni are towns on the riviera very close to where the wedding is taking place. The city center is where the welcome party is and where historical sites such as the Acropolis are.
Travel Note
There are a lot of ways to get around in Athens! Uber is available in Athens and is usually inexpensive. Alternatively, you can call one of the below numbers to ask for a taxi to be sent to your location. Radio taxi Express: +30 21 0994 3000 Radio taxi Glyfada: +30 21 0960 5600 There is also the option to hail a taxi on the street as yellow taxis are available in Athens and can be stopped anywhere. You can also use public transportation to get to the city centre. There are buses available as well as the metro and the tram. Travel Note
Our wedding is taking place by the sea in the south part of Athens and so we recommend staying in the Athens Riviera area (Glyfada, Vouliagmeni)! We have made a short list of some hotels in the suggested areas. We highly recommend also checking Airbnb. If you wish to stay in the city center of Athens, closer to the Acropolis and the welcome party, we made a separate hotel list for that area.

Flight
We plan to continue the wedding festivities on the Island of Paros. We will be flying out the day after the wedding (6/23). The Paros airport (PAS) is a quick flight from Athens (about 40 minutes). You can also book a ferry using the app FerryHopper (3-5 hours). While there, we are planning on beach days, a boat day, and enjoying the nightlife on the island. We would love for everyone to join us if possible, but it is totally optional.
Travel Note
We recommend staying in Naoussa, the main town on the island. There you will find a majority of the restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. all within walking distance. There are plenty of hotels and airbnbs in Naoussa.

Uber isn't available on the island, but there is a main taxi stand in Naoussa. There are also several places where you can rent a car or ATV. We highly recommend ATV for the days you wish to beach hop as it is easier to get around and park.
