Maid of Honor
Gio and I have been friends for over 16 years and have been through many of life's ups and downs together. I would have never imagined that one night would have led us to Alehouse nachos while studying for your medical exams and watching FSU, dates, line dancing, heartbreaks, flying cockroaches named "Bob", sarcasm at such a high level, not all can participate, building furniture and then covering the mistakes, Bobby Bowden's last football game with our moms, trying on wedding dresses, bachelorette cruises we can't soon forget, and all the other memories life has brought us. There is not much I wouldn't do for you this includes sliding under a bathroom stall at The Ritz to save you on your 21st. God didn't' give me a sister because he was preparing my life for you.
Best Man
The first time Adam and I met he rear-ended me in the high school parking lot. All I can remember is him laughing and me realizing he did it on purpose. Adam's 17 years of friendship have shown me a lot from our early days of fishing to almost dying in a car wreck as we were hit by a dump truck. There was never a time he didn't pick up a skype call while I was deployed to Iraq. I chose Adam to be my best man because when I was transitioning out of the Army I went through some of the lowest points in my life and even though he was working tirelessly to finish medical school, he called me every day, he kept me busy and encouraged. Through high school shenanigans and fishing trips, to Iraq, to medical school, and now enjoying our adult lives, I could not ask for a better friend and brother.
Fur Bridesmaid
Bella and I met at The Humane Society while I was volunteering. She was part of a puppy farm raid that was brought in. She was the runt of the litter and it was my job when I came in to make sure she had eaten. I never wanted a small dog and nor had I ever had one. Bella was my shadow when I visited and then one day she curled up in my lap and that was it. 13 years later and here we are. Now Bella's heart murmur has turned into heart failure and due to this she more than likely will not be able to come down the aisle as we had planned. By pure coincidence, our wedding date is her birthday and she will be there no matter what that looks like. I look forward to sharing as much time as the lord allows to cuddle you and show you just how precious and important you are to me.
Fur Groomsman
Basile is a Kentucky native, I adopted him at 4 weeks old while serving on active duty in the U.S. Army. Basile is quite the traveler, he has visited over 17 states carrying his ball every step of the way. He has sailed on sailboats with grandpa and flown to Florida to stay with his favorite Aunty. Land, air, or sea Basile is not scared but if there is a thunderstorm or bottle rocket going off he is running for the hills. Some say Basile is the happiest dog they have ever seen. So feel free to come say "Hi" at the wedding, FYI he really really really likes head scratches.
