North Branch Inn

This is where all the festivities take place! North Branch Inn is a historic inn built in 1868. While you're there you can relax in one of the cozy common spaces, have a drink at the historic bar, or even bowl! A breakfast of local provisions is provided every morning with your stay. We have the whole place to ourselves, and it's our hope to make a weekend of amazing memories with everyone. Be sure to mention Ashley & Scott's wedding when reserving your room.

We have a block of rooms reserved at North Branch Inn's sister property located only 7 minutes away. 9 River Road is a cozy historic inn alongside the Delaware River in the cute town of Callicoon. Built in 1884, and formerly housing the Milwaukee Furniture store, guests can now experience all the best things about life on the river as well as enjoy the shops of nearby Main Street. Be sure to mention Ashley & Scott's wedding when reserving your room. Please note, it might look like it's all booked online, but give them a call!

The Western Hotel

About 7 minutes drive from North Branch Inn, The Western is an 1852 Victorian mansion that is a picturesque weekend getaway with its own bar and restaurant in the heart of Callicoon.

Stewart International Airport (SWF)

Stewart is a small airport, and is the least congested of all the area airports. It is a little over an hour's drive from North Branch Inn.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport (AVP)

Located outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania, AVP is about an hour and a half drive from North Branch Inn.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

The North Branch Inn is approximately a 2 hour drive from Newark Airport. Some flights will be cheaper in and out of EWR than the other NYC airports.

John F. Kennedy (JFK) and Laguardia (LGA) International Airports

JFK or LGA have the most flights, but will be the most congested getting in and out of the city. JFK is about 2 hours 45 minutes from the inn, while LGA is about 2 and a half hours. These might be your best bet if you fancy an NYC visit before/after the wedding festivities.

Albany (ALB)

The Albany airport is about two and a half hours away from North Branch Inn and would be a lovely drive through the Hudson River Valley. This will be your best bet if you want to see the countryside of New York state. Car rentals will probably be slightly cheaper from Albany than New York City airports.

Travel Note

Coming from NYC?

Getting out of the city by car is going to be the easiest option. If you'd prefer to travel by bus, there is a Shortline bus that runs from Port Authority to nearby Livingston Manor. There are local car services if you need one from Livingston Manor to North Branch Inn. If you have any questions or concerns about getting to North Branch Inn, please let us know.

Roscoe Rockland Car Service

Need transportation while you're in the area? Call the local cab service at: (607) 498-4400. We'd advise planning ahead on this as Roscoe is a bit of a distance so will take a little longer, and cost a bit more. :) Callicoon is completely walkable, and we'll have a shuttle running on Saturday for the festivities.
