Liz and Lindsay have been close friends for quite some time. Lindsay's family considers Liz their own. Lindsay has had the honor of trying to keep Liz out of mischief (key word TRYING) - Lindsay is pretty relieved that Ashley now shares this responsibility.
Todd Smith
Best Man
Todd was Ashley's first friend back in college and has been there for her ever since. Like Ashley, Todd is generally an introvert. The two enjoy low-key hang outs and some less-than-sober sessions of the Rock Band video game. Todd plays guitar and likes pizza, according to his twitter bio.
Bethany Lockhart
Matron of Honor
Liz and Beth have been side by side for a long time. Through some great times and some rough times, they've had each other's back. Beth was so excited when Liz and Ashley told her about the wedding - within a day she had a pinterest board and a toast ready to go. Beth has been a huge help through the wedding process and has helped keep both girls sane.
Kate Neale
Maid of Honor
Kate is the middle sister of the Neale girls and suffered accordingly. They fought like cats and dogs growing up but the two have grown to develop their own unique version of Sisterly Love - which consists mostly of tagging each other in memes and giving each other life advice that probably hasn't aged long enough to be shared. At the end of it all, sisters are the people that teach you some of life's biggest lessons, and have your back anytime you fall. Ashley is very grateful to have Kate as a sister.
Matthew Hoskins
Best Man
Matt is Liz's younger brother. The two have your typical bickering sibling relationship, but deep down they care a lot about each other. Matt always manages to make us laugh and has an opinion about almost everything.
Alicia Neale
Maid of Honor
Alicia is the youngest sister of the Neale girls. She and Kate are co-maids of honor. Which seemed odd at first, but let's face it: sisters are pretty much born to be partners in crime. Alicia came into this world screaming - and didn't stop for almost a year. Even today, this young woman has no trouble making her voice heard. Ashley is proud of the young woman Alicia is blossoming into and is proud to have Alicia by her side on the big day.
Sara Haydocy
Bridesmaid
Sara and Liz were roommates in College but they've known each other since high school. Sara is dating Aaron Caldwell, who is one of Ashley's Bridesmen. Just a heads up, keep this one away from the pine-cones!
Abby Carbone
Bridesmaid
Abby is Ashley's A1 from Day 1. Starting a new school halfway through middle school was a tough time. Abby was there from day 1 and has been there ever since. Abby and Ashley have gone together through the highs and the lows of life. From awkward middle school, to clique-ey high school, long distance through college, and now long distance again. They say if a friendship lasts 7 years, it'll last for life. Abby and Ashley passed that milestone long ago and have no intentions of proving the rule otherwise. Cheers to the Bestie for the Restie!
Olivia Kellman
Bridesmaid
Olivia and Liz met in college and have been friends ever since. Olivia is a great friend - to both Liz and Ashley. She calls frequently to see how the girls have been and brings music into their lives. Olivia is a singer/songwriter and one of her songs will be featured during the reception. Ashley and Jon (her stepdad) will be dancing to Olivia's "On My Way."
Aaron Caldwell
Bridesman
Aaron has been dating Sara Haydocy (one of Liz's bridesmaids) for a while. From the first time the group hung out, Aaron and Ashley got along great. They both are head over heels for a stubborn woman, so they have a lot in common. Since hearing Ashley and Liz were moving to Columbus, Aaron has been excited to have some his friends to around to hang out with.
Cara Nartker
Officiant
Liz and Ashley thought long and hard about who they would want to lead the ceremony of their big day. The girls decided Cara was a perfect fit long before they asked her. (Ashley nearly spilled the beans at the Harry Potter Party of 2018) Finally, just after moving to Columbus, the girls pulled Cara aside and asked her to officiate the wedding. Cara was blindsided and asked the girls if they were sure and if they really thought she could handle it (Ashley internally panicked, as there was no Plan B) but finally accepted and is (hopefully?) excited to lead our big day. (Cara and Liz went to undergrad together at the University of Dayton)
