In the spirit of the celebration, our suggested attire is Formal Garden Party - Black Tie optional. For ladies, this means long gowns. Men are invited to wear a tux, formal suit and tie, or festive sports coat and trousers with tie. Guests are encouraged to wear vibrant colorful attire in celebration of this joyful day! Please keep in mind the bridesmaids will be wearing light butter yellow gowns. Wedding attire inspiration can be found here : https://pin.it/3RNOWtiFT
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name + guest" if a plus one has been accounted for.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. The invitation will include "and Family" if your children have been invited.
Yes, there have been rooms blocked at the DoubleTree, Marriott Courtyard and Holiday Inn. The DoubleTree is our highest recommendation. Please use the link provided on the Travel page for direct access to the block deal. If the hotel you are looking into does not have any rooms left in the block please contact us and we will do our best to increase the room block quantity.
The ceremony will be held inside the St. Philips Roman Catholic Church, which thank goodness now has air conditioning. The cocktail hour, God willing, will be held outdoors in the gardens of Greencrest Manor. The reception and after party will be indoors.
There will not be shuttle service to the ceremony. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the DoubleTree hotel for the cocktail hour, reception and after party. See the Travel page for more details and the shuttle schedule.
There is a large parking lot at the St. Philips Catholic Church for the ceremony. Parking at Greencrest Manor is limited and the use of the provided shuttles is encouraged.
