Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is Black tie preferred. Women should wear a long gown. Gentlemen should wear tuxedos or suits with jackets, bowties or ties. No jeans, hats, short or tea-length dresses, or boots pretty please.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults! We encourage you to use this evening as a date night and come enjoy downtown Houston!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request your reply by November 1st, 2025. Please let us know if you will be able to join us in celebrating our special day along with your dinner choices.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a boozy cocktail hour, wine during dinner, and open bar for the party! We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Once the wedding is done, there is a bar with live music till 2 am at Monarch inside Hotel Zaza where we will continue the after party!

Question

Will there be a shuttle between the Church and Hotel Zaza for reception?

Answer

There will be a bus provided for bridal party and their partners to and from the hotel for the ceremony. There is a private lot for ceremony guests right next to the Church, as well as street parking. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in these areas.

Question

What to do with time between ceremony and reception?

Answer

Take the extended time after the ceremony to check into your hotel, freshen up, reconnect with fellow guests, enjoy a drink at the hotel bar, or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful outdoor grounds in the museum district or anything on the "things to do" page. There are tons of fun, vibey, places with crafty cocktails within a 10 minute or less drive to the Hotel. The Wedding party and Family will be taking photos during this time so we can join the group for the rest of the night!

Question

Is Hotel Zaza valet parking only?

Answer

Valet parking is available at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District and parking fees per vehicle may vary depending on length of stay. Overnight parking is $59 (before tax) and Daily parking is $15. Houston is strict with parking laws so make sure you plan accordingly.

Question

Will The Wedding be Outdoors?

Answer

Fortunately, Mass, Cocktail hour, and Reception will all be indoors. Only photos will be taken outside if weather permits.
