An intimate evening for our wedding party and immediate family to share toasts, speeches, and time together before the celebrations begin.
Welcome Event

Head upstairs to our private room for a welcome toast (and a drink or two!) as we kick off the weekend together. The private cash bar will be open for our enjoyment, and you can step outside to enjoy the wraparound patio and rooftop fire pits—the perfect spot to take in the cozy evening air.

This event is Black-Tie Preferred. Floor- Length Gowns for Women, Tuxedos or Suits with Bow ties or Ties for Men.
Doors will open for Mass at 2 pm. Please plan to arrive with plenty of time as Mass will begin promptly at 2:30. Mass is about a hour long and less than a 15 min drive to the Hotel. We sincerely apologize for the gap between the Mass at 2:30 PM and the cocktail hour at 6 PM. This extended time allows you the opportunity to check into your hotel, freshen up, reconnect with fellow guests, enjoy a drink at the hotel bar, or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful outdoor grounds in the museum district. The Wedding party and Family will be taking photos during this time.
Cocktail Hour and Reception

There will be a few light bites in addition to an open bar during cocktail hour. A formally served dinner with drinks. Then open bar reception with music and dancing to follow.
After Party

Not ready for the night to end? Come buy yourself a drink and let's keep the party going! Hotel Zaza's Bar, Monarch, will have live music and drinks till 2 am for us to continue the party! Don't have to drive anywhere and we can all crash right there at the hotel. Don't forget to book a room on our hotel block!
