These are individually owned condos so there is no group discount/room blocks but rates are reasonable and they include kitchens & washer/dryers. $18/daily per condo resort fee includes direct access to the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, 3 pools, a gym, BBQ grills, WIFI, access to the beachfront cabanas and courtesy, on-demand golf cart rides to the beach. Booking is based on availability and may require varied minimum night stays depending on the unit, but rate is guaranteed with a $500 deposit. Balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. There is also a refundable security deposit per unit and a $100 cancellation fee prior to 60 days. No refund after 60 days. You can also find some of these condos listed on VRBO.com. Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas

This property has both condos (with kitchens) and hotel rooms. It's a slightly more budget and kid-friendly, beachfront hotel that's virtually connected to the Royal Lahaina. We don't have room blocks here but you can type in the CODE: MAUIWED for discounted rates. You can also apply other codes like Auto Club, etc. Rates are guaranteed with a 1 night deposit and are fully refundable if cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival. There is also a $25 daily fee that includes WIFI, self-parking, use of the BBQ grills and yoga among a number of other things.
