The Ceremony

The ceremony will be short since it's outside, uncovered, in July. We'll have some individual coverings & fans but bring your sunglasses, hats and sunscreen!
The Reception

There will be some covered, reserved seating but this is mostly an outside, uncovered, cocktail-style reception. Sun sets around 7:00p so it shouldn't be too hot for too long.
After Party

Because of Covid, all venues in Maui, including bars and restaurants in Lahaina, shut down at 10:00p. If you're still feeling the urge to party, c'mon back to The Royal Suite. It'll be low key, but we can still celebrate!

Pool/Beach Day & Farewell Lunch

Our pool will be open and we'll also be renting a couple cabanas for those that want to laze on the beach. A picnic-style lunch will be served in the backyard and there might even be a Rummy Tile Game or two. Basically, we're going to relax and play it by ear but we'll be here all day so feel free to come and go as you please. Beer, wine and soft drinks will be provided. Mixed drinks can be purchased at the nearby Pool Bar. If you are leaving on Sunday, and don't want to join us for tonight's Luau, PLEASE come say goodbye here today!
Luau

Up for dinner and a show? Then join us for a traditional Hawaiian Luau & Fire Show! Discounted group ticket prices are $100/adults, $50/kids 6-12 and Free for kids 5 and under. Includes a welcome gift, open bar, traditional roast pig, all you can eat Hawaiian buffet & a kids buffet menu! Based on early interest, we have put 75 seats on hold but can add more if necessary so PLEASE GO TO THE RSVP TAB ON THIS WEBSITE if you're at all interested. This WILL sell out so best to reserve early. All reservations can be canceled up to 24 hrs prior with no charge. Payment will be requested on July 15 and can be paid to Ashley via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

Sunday Fun Day

We have to check out of The Royal Suite today but we're not leaving Maui yet! Daytime plans are still TBD but we're making reservations for a Sunset Cocktail Cruise followed by Dinner at Monkeypod in Whaler's Village. Details for the Sail and Dinner can be found below so if anyone staying thru Sunday is interested in joining us for any/all of our Sunday Fun Day, we'd be thrilled! Reserve using the RSVP on this website or email Ashley directly so we can coordinate.
Holo Holo Sunset Sail

You will be barefoot on the boat so wear sandals or flip flops.
We will now be sailing on the Teralani (not Sea Maui). You can still park at Whaler's Shopping Village and you will still board directly from the shore on Kaanapali beach but this one departs in front of the Westin Maui. Prepare to get a little wet from the knees down and bring sunglasses, a light sweater and your camera! Open bar and heavy appetizers will be served! ***PRICING UPDATE*** We've gotten a lot of early interest so this is now a private charter with spots for 47 of you! Price is a flat $81 pp which includes tax and gratuity. If you're at all interested, PLEASE GO TO THE RSVP TAB ON THIS WEBSITE to save your seat! We will be dining here after the Sunset Sail. Or maybe it'll be dessert and a nightcap! Either way, we board & depart the boat just a short 3 min walk from Whaler's Village- home to Monkeypod (best Mai-Tai's on Maui), Hula Grill, Leilani's and several other Kaanapali Beach favorites all with ocean views! Depending on our group size and Covid restrictions, we might have to play this one a bit by by ear but please RSVP on this website if you'd like to join and we'll start making group reservations in June.
