FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Cocktail Attire: Women should wear knee-length, midi, or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or pantsuits, in floral prints or light colors. Men should wear suits in lighter hues or a blazer and dress pants, ties optional. Grass-friendly shoes are recommended. Bridesmaids will be wearing butter yellow and groomsmen wearing tan/beige.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, you will be able to include their name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to the family, please know that includes children! You will be able to respond for each family member individually when you RSVP. We really wish we could celebrate with everyone's kids, but due to space limitations at our venue, we cannot accommodate any beyond those listed in this way. We understand this may affect your plans, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying at the Doubletree hotel. Uber and Lyft are frequently available as an option for those staying elsewhere.

Question

Is there parking on site and are there any special driving directions?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking space for those who plan on driving, with attendants at the entrance to direct you. GPS should get you to the venue with no issue, but look for the Mankin Mansion sign on Oakleys Lane once you’re about a half mile away.
