6:15 pm - 9:15 pm

Meet everyone before the big day and celebrate aloha style with live music, hula dancing, sunset views, a traditional Hawaiian dinner and an open bar. Yes, you read that right ... OPEN BAR! GETTING THERE: The luau is 10-minutes from the Westin and can be reached by rideshare service or taxi. There is also a complimentary shuttle from the Westin that stops across the street from the luau grounds. Please note, shuttle capacity is limited and spots are not guaranteed - also, there is no return trip back to the Westin offered by the complimentary shuttle. Please ask the front desk for shuttle details upon your arrival. Other hotels/condos in the Ka'anapali area may also offer guest shuttles. On-site parking is available. ATTIRE SUGGESTION: It's Hawaii on the 4th of July, aloha prints and sandals are the way to go.

The Ceremony

4:00 pm

The deal is sealed at 4pm sharp. GETTING THERE: A complimentary shuttle will pickup and drop-off all wedding guests at the Westin for the 15-minute transfer to Olowalu Plantation House. You do not have to stay at the Westin to ride the shuttle. Ceremony pickup is at 3pm (don't be late) ATTIRE SUGGESTIONS: Beach cocktail dress is requested. Dress pretty, not posh. Dancing shoes REQUIRED.

The Morning After

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Detox + Retox poolside. Share the memories from the night before that you can remember. Catch up on the ones you don't. Stop by Jay & Ashley's poolside cabana for some light bites and drinks.
